The Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Bridge Association is organized as a Wisconsin nonstock corporation under Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin statutes, effective May 7, 2007. The corporation is organized exclusively for the promotion of social welfare purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Copies of the documents submitted to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition under section 501(c)(4) are linked below along with a link to a copy of the letter from the Internal Revenue Service approving the application. Copies of these documents will be furnished upon request made to the Treasurer of the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Bridge Assocation.
